For retail deployments, the customer is responsible for ensuring that its premises, network, electrical systems, and other required infrastructure are suitable for the deployment unless otherwise agreed.

The NexCART name, branding, website, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, graphics, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NexCART unless otherwise stated.
Except where expressly permitted, customers may not:
- Copy NexCART software or source code
- Reverse engineer proprietary software
- Reproduce proprietary designs
- Resell NexCART software without authorization
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use NexCART branding in a misleading manner
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NexCART intellectual property to a customer.

Where NexCART processes information on behalf of a business customer through its software or SaaS services, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that it has appropriate rights and permissions to provide such information.
NexCART will handle customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Customers should not provide NexCART with information that they are not legally permitted to provide.
12. Third-Party Services
NexCART may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, communication services, APIs, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
NexCART is not responsible for independent failures, interruptions, policies, or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
